LEDs are commanding attention everywhere! At TechniLite we have developed a system of LEDs that will actually function in a smaller format than our compact T5 fluorescent lighting. Our strip lighting system uses 1/8 watt white LEDs, taking lighting to a new level in smaller size, ease of installation, lower energy consumption and longer life.

The TechniStrip system is an extremely versatile package with compatible interchangeable components. The variety of uses and applications makes this a unique modular system. Available in a battery operated driver option and soon in a solar powered option.

The TechniStrip LED lighting system is available in five different option levels. (see options below)

• LEDs are highly efficient, offering significant savings versus incandescent lamps with the bonus benefit of much longer life, which in turn reduces maintenance requirements.
• Some LEDs are projected to produce a long service life. For this reason LEDs are ideal for hard-to-reach/maintain fixtures.
• LEDs are available in a range of colours; through the innovative combination of various-colored LEDs, dramatic colour-changing effects can be produced from a single fixture through dynamic activation of various sets of LEDs.
• These fixtures can be individually controlled via a PC, DMX controller or proprietary controller to generate effects including fixed colour, colour washing, cross fading, random colour changing, strobing and variable strobing.
• LEDs produce no UV radiation and little heat, making them ideal for illuminating objects, such as works of art, that are sensitive to UV light.
• LEDs are highly rugged. They feature no filament that can be damaged due to shock and vibrations.
• A single LED is very small and produces little light overall. However, this weakness is actually its strength. LEDs can be combined in any shape to produce desired lumen packages as the design goals and economics permit.

Our flexible strip of LED modules is perfect for signage where letter lighting is needed. These LED boards are plug connectable in series to provide a custom number of LEDs per board in a varying number if strings. Available in low or high wattage LEDs depending on the desired application.

Level One = boards + LEDs + wires + connectors

Attach the flexible LED strip to our aluminum heat sink strips to create our channel lighting, suitable for lighted letters and for backlighting displays. Great for higher watt LEDs in a tight configuration the heat sink helps carry away the life shortening effect of heat generated.

Level Two = boards + heat sinks + LEDs + wires + connectors

 

By combining Level Two with a module holder you can acquire the "Shelf" system. The LED module slides easily into the LED ministrip module to provide easy flat or 45° mounting for shelf or edge lighting. The circuit board and heat sink can also be inserted directly into the LED ministrip module at various other angles to allow focusing of light in other directions.

Level Three = Level Two + corner extrusions + end caps + spring clips

The LED ministrip module can be slid into a ministrip module holder to provide a small attractive lighting system in semi-circular form. This can be used for stand off lighting, above shelf lighting, or ceiling mounted accent lighting. The locking nuts on the arm ends allow the focus of light you desire, and a clear lens can also be added if desired.

Level Three = Level Four (minus spring clips) + end caps + round extrusion + mounting system

Our halo, channel, shelf and stand off lighting is also available as "mood" lighting. This is a programmable or selectable fixed sequence of RGB coloured light to enhance your product, area or display. This system can be easily configured to meet your needs in terms of number and length of units.
